## Independent evidence project

Useworthy is an editorial and evidence-indexing project, not a certification body, notified body, safety authority or manufacturer. A Useworthy evidence level is not CE certification, a safety approval or a guarantee of product performance.

## No paid scores

Manufacturers or other parties may in the future pay for clearly disclosed services such as testing or data work, but payment must not buy a favorable score, suppress valid evidence or alter an editorial conclusion.

## Source summaries

Useworthy links to third-party evidence and provides short original summaries. Users should open the original source for full context. Product specifications, prices, firmware and support policies can change.

## Submitted evidence

By submitting material you confirm that you have the right to submit it and allow Useworthy to review, store, summarize, edit and—when appropriate—publish the evidence. Do not submit confidential or personal material without permission.

## Corrections

Useworthy welcomes corrections supported by evidence. Contact [contact@useworthy.org](mailto:contact@useworthy.org).

## Trademarks

Brand names, model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

## Programmatic and AI access

Public pages are intended to be discoverable, indexed and cited subject to robots.txt, reasonable rate limits and these terms. The public API and MCP endpoint are read-only alpha services and may change. Automated systems must preserve source attribution, distinguish manufacturer claims from independent evidence, and must not present missing evidence as established fact. Access does not grant ownership of third-party source material or permission to republish source content.
